did day 3 yesterday...did not do the super set..used my 15 lb weights for most the workouts. Still trying to figure out the best way to use the bands to get that resistance...I'm not as sore today as i thought i would/should be. That might be good...it might also mean I'm not pushing hard enough. Today I get to do an hour and a half of yogaX...this should be interesting. lol
